Our value-add business seeks to acquire undermanaged, well-located assets that may have deferred maintenance or occupancy issues. Investment structure characteristics are participating preferred equity investments, substantial subordinated common equity in short to mid-range business plans.
Our opportunistic business seeks to acquire land for multifamily development, distressed assets and properties in need of repositioning.
